PLEASE NOTE:  
All clients must undergo a medical screening, bring a signed registration form and be booked into a class by our office before attending.  Clients not screened will not be allowed to join the class.  Please call us for a medical screening and to book your classes.
NB: Mothers do not have to be a member at any of the venues where we have classes in order to attend Preggi Bellies.  Our clients have free access to all of these venues in order to come to class.
