MORE DETAILS ABOUT JOINING - AND THEREAFTER:
- Our
instructors are highly trained and experienced in adapting the
exercises to suit any pregnancy complication that may arise -
exercises are modified individually and each mother is monitored on an
ongoing basis.
- Classes
are offered in a highly motivational and supportive environment.
- Once
you have done the trial class and join, we work out the
required number of classes that will see
you through to your due date. International
research has shown that if you stop training at 32 weeks - you
will
lose most of your strength and fitness by the time you deliver.
- You
can begin the programme at any stage - starting early gives
you the best opportunity to develop your fitness and strength in
pregnancy. However, it is not advisable to commence an
exercise programme after your 30th week.
- Preggi
Bellies makes the safety of mother and baby our No1 priority.
For these reasons women at Preggi Bellies must attend a minimum of
twice per week. We do not compromise safety by allowing irregular
attendance in contraindication to obstetric guidelines. The
program has achieved our status as the largest exercise program for
pregnant women by sticking to these guidelines.
- After
joining, we will book you into your selected classes to ensure
availability
- A
detailed record and history of every mom is kept throughout your time
with us, and moms are monitored on a daily basis. We pride
ourselves on managing moms, together with their primary medical
caregiver.
- Preggi
Bellies also caters to women wanting to shape up and lose weight after
birth with a specialised post-natal programme. Many clients continue
post-natally because they are managed so well and attain their
desired results.
